Project not finished. It's been over two years now and project still not finished.
You didn't keep me informed of anything. I had to reach out for answers and didn't get any until I called main office.
I am not very happy with the way my project was handled. I am still waiting for its completion. The patio door does not close all the way and new door handles were ordered the beginning of August. It was supposed to take two weeks but I am still waiting.

I haven't had it long enough to know rather or not it's done a good job.

The product is good and I'm pleased with my windows and the installers, but otherwise the company feels like any other. Communication after the initial dale was less than satisfactory.
They were friendly honest and respectful. Hard working to.
They were a very professional crew. The windows are better than I thought they'd be.
