Guys were very helpful while picking out materials for my walk inshower and kept me informed as to when materials in and to complete my project.
I waited 5 months for my project to even be started, yet you wanted pmt upfront, which I complied with. Lack of communication on the part of your co and agent explaining delay.
The shower base is fleexing and squeaking.
No follow-through. Took my money after the window install and no receipt, until I requested one. Couldn't get an itemized receipt, which was what I wanted to give to my insurance company. Office isn't open on a regular basis.
The quality of the windows and Screens is subpar!
