The quality of the windows and Screens is subpar!
Poor service still waiting on my installation been a couple months
The installation of our windows was very good, but one was cracked. The installers assured us that a replacement would be ordered and installed promptly. Two months later, we are still awaiting the replacement. Calls to the sales team are not returned. We are not satisfied customers.
Fit and finish is not what I expected with a product within this price range. Final installed product does not look good
Since we had issues with the work and the salesperson who came out discussed what I liked and didn't like, I am not likely to suggest Your Home Improvement to a friend. I also didn't like how it turned out.
The work was good but over priced for just a shower being redone.
Just make sure you understand that all products for your projects must come from them. During the estimate process the salesman and I talked of replacing the vanity, but I didn't like the one offered, and that's where things went awry. He said I could get one myself. There were no qualifiers about installing it myself, and the estimate said "remove and install vanity" yet I was left with a removed vanity, but no reinstalled vanity/sink.
We felt pressure to purchase windows when the sales people where here and would have liked to visit alone for a day to think it over
