installation was adequate although the shower head leaks. i keep seeing adjustments to my loan with no explanation of the adds. I have repeatedly called, text to and emailed to get a detailed invoice of charges as well as to see if the vanity and sink that did not fit were credited. When calling they pass you from one loser to another as no one knows anything. I ask to speak to a supervisor but told none are available.
Damien was efficient and knowledgeable and focused on tasks at hand. He kept us involved when it came time to make decisions on how we wanted accessories to be placed. We enjoyed his singing and country music tunes. Our new tub shower conversion with new flooring is beautiful and just how we wanted. Thank you YHIM company for great communication on progress of project.
