We have been left wanting in terms of communication; our final check was cashed before our bathroom remodel has been completed. We are still waiting on a sink faucet to be installed and I have to get in contact with project manager Eric E. every week to check on progress. This job was supposed to be completed over two weeks ago, and with every communication I am told “it will just be a couple of weeks”. We had 3 windows installed four years ago and they are defective. They fog up all of the time. They replaced two of the windows but have refused to replace the third even though it had the same issue and was under the same warranty. The new windows that they installed also have the same defect and are impossible to clean. We have been dealing with them for FOUR YEARS and they have stood us up for appointments at LEAST 15 times.
