My name is Jon C and i reside in Duluth Mn. I needed a window screen fixed on one of my slider windows. i called them and they had sent out Brandon to fix it for me. He brought it back to his shop and rescreened it, brought it back and reinstalled it for me. he was very polite and professional and did an excellent job.

They installed a patio door for us Sept. 2023. We picked them because they were the average quote and they stated their doors were built sturdy and that was why they have a double-lifetime warranty. Feb 2024 we called in warranty repair because one of the wheels on main door was broken and door would not close without effort. It took until May 2024 and ALOT of calls and emails to get them out to fix the door. Well, now it Nov, 2024 and a wheel on the screen door is broken and I have been waiting over a month to get that fixe... read more

Damien was extremely personable, friendly and punctual. And the work he did was meticulous. He was sent the wrong floor strip for one bathroom so he went out of his way to the nearest home store to purchase what was needed. We would love to have him back to do more work at our home! He was the best!
