I had a great experience working with the warranty department and Tyler *******specifically today! He came out to fix the caulk in my shower within one week of my warranty claim, and it looks fantastic!

A representative from this company pushed on us a doorless shower design that quite simply isn’t functional. Later when we reached out another representative came to look at it- he admitted he would never sell this shower to anyone but they won’t fix it unless we pay for the resolution. Stay away!
