Surprised they are still in business with the absolute failure of our window order, installation, and follow up. A 2-day window installation took over a year to complete. And that isn't even speaking to the lies, excuses, and lack of communication from them. They need to spend more time cleaning up and making sure everything is done before they want you to sign a completed form.
I will never use this company or Home Advisor again. The cost of the project in my opinion was three times the cost of what I could have had it done for if I would have done some more research.
Ordered windows 4/30/16 it's now 6/22/16 still waiting for windows. Was told at ordering it would take about four weeks to build and install.

Contractor very unprofessional, difficult to coordinate install and re-do dates without much advanced notice. Initial workmanship suboptimal!
They did a great job and came out earlier than planned. I would recommend them to anyone.
