My second call was very thorough. Olianna Guillen was very good in explaining the process, writing a note to the case manager, and being very clear about the process and next steps. I've gotten eye-rolls about "those pipe attorneys", but I'm so glad we did this! There are things about the home that are just overwhelming, and that's what insurance is *for*. Might as well use it.
