February - First Contact Contacted the firm about damages from hurricane Milton. I had been working with a contractor who said he was working with the insurance company. He said the insurance company was not responding. He later admitted he had not tried. Decided to contact My Insurance Attorney as they advertised on Facebook. Someone was sent out the same day. Insurance claims all denied by Judge, refuses to send me proof of denial, but tells me that I now have to pay attorneys fees. So I do the right thing and pay every year to recieve house insurance and flood insurance, storm comes, we filed claims, claims denied, got attorney, sued Citizens, claims all denied by Judge and now I am being counter sued to pay insurance attorneys. Make it make sense!!!

everyting was great up until it took over a year to finally get a settlement. Then another 6 months and counting to get the check. Once they got the court judgment finalized i was put on the back burner. All the while my loan has been sold, and noone will insure me because i cant get a wind policy because my roof is still damaged which forces the mortgage company to have to purchase one for 10x the amount! i have a pending claim that has been going on for almost 2 years now. After hounding and hounding them and asking them to get my case finished so i can fix my roof, they finally agreed to settle for less then i wanted. Not only did they get more then half of the settlement, but i had to pay another portion to them for fees. When i asked them if they could budge a little on the settlement for an extra 1500 dollars because it was not enough to cover the roof since they took more than 25k, they told me there was no room for mo... read more

They are horrible, will not EVER use again, or recommend to anyone, when they came to look at fire damage, said, yes, you have a claim, 2 years later, was finally settled, in the meantime, could NOT contact anyone, they would not answer phone messages or texts, they said 30%, of course ended up being more like 50%, after 'court' costs, and other things, and they made sure it went to litigation, so they could charge more, im sure is done that way with everyone, been a month since i settled, still no ... read more

Worse law firm in Florida. After you signed with them the communication between lawyers and clients is minimal. Don’t answer calls or emails. In Florida are better lawyers than this person.  Don’t trust them.

They don’t deserve any stars! Absolutely the worst law firm I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve waited over 2 years to get my insurance claim settled. They DO NOT CARE!  I’ve got hundreds of emails where I’ve had to contact them for updates, I went through almost 10 lawyers at there firm. I never had the same lawyer throughout the 2 years. As a former employee, I HIGHLY discourage any interactions with Your Insurance Attorney as a workplace or for legal representation. As a workplace, they exhibit toxic human resources practices where nepotism and favoritism run at an all time high. If you’re a family member of the human resources director or her little assistant, trust that everything you do will be overlooked. Awful company. I've been trying to get the money to fix the damages this company had done. My house was in one piece before they destroyed my kitchen & bath. It's been 4yrs now & still can't get answers. I've read all good review but talking with some of their other clients, every one of them are disappointed & devastated Jamie Whalen
