My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and we used the VA loan, which has more restrictions/hoops to jump through than others. Yvonne was very knowledgeable about how best to approach the loan and held our hand throughout the process. We were able to close in 28 days thanks to Yvonne without any hiccups. I would absolutely work with her again!

I had a relatively difficult refinance which required knowledge and experience beyond the typical deal. Yvonne took care of me and got the deal successfully finished. She is very responsive and just plain "on it".

Yvonne walked me through my first home purchase very patiently and has a thorough understanding of the market and everything involved. You can tell she is a pro. I was very unfamiliar with all that buying a home involved, so having her in my corner was extremely helpful from getting pre-approved to approved for a mortgage and locking in a great interest rate, all the way to closing. I highly recommend Yvonne and her team.

Honestly I could not have purchased my first home without her. She was so patient. So knowledgeable. An overall pleasure to work with!!! When we closed I was actually a little sad that I wouldn’t get to talk to her as often as I had. Lol. She really is wonderful and went the extra mile for me as I am sure she would for you.

I highly recommend Yvonne Hemmingsen as a Mortgage Consultant as well as her team. This was my first time purchasing a home and at first I didn't know what to expect.
