Yvonne was there for us through every step of the process. She helped us bid on one house (which we didn't get) and close on another, which was ultimately the right home for us. When considering a lender, one needs an individual that is experienced in the industry and knows the best options for a scenario, someone that communicates freely using multiple modes (text, email, voice) and can "finish" the task. Yvonne excels at all of these. She is conservative in her analysis and persistent in her nature.
