I found Dr. Sofer to be very compassionate and very knowledgeable. She was able to clearly explain the latest laser techniques (there is more than one) for prostrate surgery for BPH - and the pro and cons for me compared to traditional TURP methods for healing time and results-- and the pros and cons of waiting. I asked a lot of questions, but she patiently took all the time she needed to thoroughly answer my questions.

Dr. Hollowell is an amazing doctor. He explained the condition very well. He just wants to help you solve the problems you encounter. I strongly recommend that you go to him.
Dr. Hollowell made an uncomfortable and painful procedure so much less so by his reassuring and patient manner. Highly reccomend him.
I recently went to see Dr.Hollowell and I am so glad that my insurance led me to such an amazing doctor. He has amazing bedside manner and looks at the diagnosis from every angle. He explains everything in great detail and that you are confident in his expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Hollowell as he is one of the best physicians I have met in my life time.

After having bladder lift surgery and a revision surgery by another surgeon, who was unable to provide post-operative care, Dr. Hollowell took me on as his patient and helped pick up the pieces and put me on a path to recovery. His associate was ok at my first visit. Then for the second visit the day before his office said my Humana referral lacked a coding. The existing coding was just for an office visit and obviously to discuss my PSA, which was perfect. All of a sudden the day before, I was told they wanted to do an ultrasound. The couldn't get a referral amendment as it was still pending. They had that referral since the early January 2024...I think they just saw it it and they wouldn't make much money on it. So disappointed as this office is close to my home. After the three appointments here I can say personally I will never return. The wait times 90 minutes and more. An uninterested support team in the front office. I stood at the checkin window while the two women finished their personal conversation before acknowledging me.
