very bad experience, it's just a Urology Factory
I called twice to have someone call me back. Once spoke with the receptionist the second time I sent an email and they replied will get a call back. No one has called me back. Really disappointed as the urologist appeared nice but won’t go to a practice that won’t return phone calls.
Found Z Urology on line and ended up seeing Dr Hollowell. I was not impressed with the consultation and to be quite honest I found him a little arrogant. Tests were taken and a procedure suggested as a follow up. I decided that I was not comfortable with him and the office was really too far from where I live. I went elsewhere and had a much better experience - with the follow up procedure not recommended. Went to Dr. Hollowell's Office. We were told due to the Covid-19 to wait in the car prior to coming in. That was fine. We waited for 1/2 hour. Then they asked us to come in and took us directly to a room. We then waited another hour and the doctor had not shown up. We opened the door and asked the nurse if she could find out if he would be in soon. We waited another 10 minutes and she did not come back and tell us anything. So we got up and left the room. My father was in Boca West and Dr Hollowell ,who never called me as I asked of all My dads doctors, diagnosed my dad ,age 91 with a huge stone in his bladder Which he didn’t see as an immediate issue. So my dad was sent home ,sicker than when he went in with a catheter which I was told could only be removed by “the best plumber there is “ as he called himself. Do not recommend to anybody. Stay away from this urologist.
The worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. Poor bedside manner .If I could give him 5 negative stars I would. One year ago I had a kidney stone on and a kidney infection. Dr.Christopher Hollowell was trying to put me through 2 surgery’s within a week apart. When I questioned him he started screaming at me in the consulting room. His hands were shaking he was so offended that I would question his education I didn’t feel comfortable having him operate in me. He then told me “Good luck on finding
I don't know why anyone would put up with this kind of third-world care. Just don't go here. Horrible! Wishing If I could give 0 stars .Dr Christopher Hollowell the most unprofessional disrespectful doctor I have ever met. First you will wait for hours to see him. Then he will try to rush you into a procedure. This Dr is not ethical, misleading, doesn't go by the book. And will try experimental procedures that you don't see in any prestigious urological hospital..
His surgery and follow ups were incorrectly done and ended up needed to go to ER due to they were closed. Disgusting treatment from this doctor C Hollowell
