Went to dinner with my friends for a special occasion. The decor was nice, and the food was good, but the service was TERRIBLE!. The waiter kept pressuring us to order more, even insisting we let the chef “surprise” us—basically letting them charge whatever they wanted. It was extremely uncomfortable. At the end, we were told customers can only stay for two hours—something never mentioned before, or worse, something you should never say to your customers. Worse, our $200 bill was charged as $300. Luckily, we caught it and go... read more

In summary, what a terrible experience. From start to finish it was bad, it maybe easier for me to list all the issues I had with the place given there were several. I went here with my gf for Restaurant week. 1. Hostess was pushing us to sit outside even though it's so cold, which i told her multiple times. I asked for indoor seating on my reservation for a reason. 2. Then I understood why she was pushing outdoor seating, the only seats available were literally 2 inches from another 2 seater table... so any sense of privacy... read more

Everything would have been ok if we weren’t pressured to leave after eating. Not once but three times we were approached about leaving to seat other people. After making reservations and paying hundreds of dollars it was unnecessary to be told that. I was only half way done with my drink and did not want to feel rushed to finish it.

Our reservation was at 7pm, we arrived on time, and we were not seated until after 8pm..... The manager said tables were staying longer than anticipated and gave us "shots" on the house, but they were just the zama-tini poured in a shotglass. We only waited because we figured it would take longer to find a table at a different restaurant without a reservation!! The martinis, lamp lollipops & sexy pink roll were all amazing but we were starving after waiting over an hour. Our server was so sweet and amazing though!! If you ha... read more

Made a reservation for the dining room but the hostess sat us outside, and didn’t show us to a table, just pointed to it and we walked over. Was waiting to get checked on during the meal so we could ask for salt and pepper but the waitress didn’t come during our meal. We also ordered a bottle of wine that wasn’t brought to our table until after we finished eating so we just passed on it and didn’t get it. I’m not usually picky about restaurant experiences and the menu looked great so we were excited but overall disappointing... read more

Tables were too close to each other. No privacy at all. Other than that. Everything was okay

I reserved here to celebrate my husband's birthday, the service was ok, it was very noisy, we ordered two drinks, they were good, the bad thing started when our dinner arrived, I ordered Prime Filet Mignon, it was very cold, I couldn't chew it, it had no taste and dry, I was very disappointed especially also with my husband's order Prime Aged Tomahawk in the same way, without flavor and poor quality, i feel like I was old meat, I definitely do not recommend the cuts of meat. Overpriced and terrible quality. Very beautiful pl... read more

Ambiance was nice. Our server was great but the food was disgusting. Me and my friend ordered salmon with mashed potatoes and as soon the food was served it smelled sour. I put a bite in my mouth and had to spit it out. It did not taste right. My friend swallowed her first bite. We both stopped eating. It was unfortunate because we picked the restaurant because of restaurant week. Our server zeroed out our bill. Which was appreciated. I don’t be coming back to this restaurant again.
