What was supposed to be a celebration, turned out to be a complete disaster. The waitress Sara had a terrible attitude with our party, she was being very difficult with splitting the bill. I don’t recommend Sara at all. The food was fair but not worth the price, and the music was extremely loud we couldn’t even have a conversation.
Super cue interior, fun music, drinks were not consistent. We ordered 2 rounds of the same thing and they tasted totally different unbalanced. When we brought it up to the server they said we were wrong!!! Don't order the beef tartare it was gray hamburger meat that didn't even hold together was totally not made to order! The price point and the food / drinks were ridiculous for the quality. We will not return......
We made a reservation but still ended up waiting around 45 minutes for our table. While waiting, we had a couple of drinks at the bar, which were well-made and enjoyable. Once seated, we ordered the mashed potatoes with crab, Brussels sprouts, and shared the 40oz tomahawk steak. Unfortunately, the Brussels sprouts were disappointing. They tasted boiled with no char and had only a light balsamic drizzle. My fiancée and I love trying Brussels sprouts at different places and rating them, but these were honestly the worst we've ... read more
Some friends and I recently dined at Zama for a girls dinner and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. To start, I was served a chipped martini glass, which felt unprofessional and concerning regarding cleanliness. We ordered the aguachiles but there was no side, so it was weird to eat with a fork, disappointing. Additionally, our table was right next to the front door, and we were subjected to a cold draft throughout our meal. Compounding the discomfort was a nearby party with a baby, which added to the o... read more
The service was extremely slow. DJ was playing music so loud we couldn’t hear our server or hold a conversation. We asked if music could be turned just a bit and server said no. I would not recommend this restaurant for dinner.
All the things wrong: Food took forever, sever forgot about us, I requested my drink 3 times until I finally received it, it was my friends birthday but the server again forgot or maybe he just didn’t care, never caught his name (ponytail white/ blond hair, older guy) I put it in our reservation that it was her birthday, and I also ensured that I spoke with the host to make sure she read that it was her birthday on the reservation and she said she did, yet nothing .. server admitted to forgetting about us but offered nothing... read more
I made the reservation for 8:30pm, for an inside table. After waiting about 15 minutes past the reservation time, we asked to be seated outside, just so we could eat. We were seated for a few moments, when the server made us aware that they were out of filet mignon, the one dinner item we were looking forward to enjoying. We decided to leave,as there was nothing else we were interested in trying on the special menu.
Service was slow and waiter was rude. It took over 20 minutes and 3 times of reminder to get a drink refill. Waiter would neglect us and only serve us when I asked him while he walked by. Would not go back again as he blamed staff shortage as an excuse.
The worst dinner experience I’ve had and I’ve been to almost every country. The blonde waitress was more focused yapping with her friends than serving our table. When she wasn’t yapping she was serving us with an attitude I guess since our needs were taking away from her on the clock meeting with other people she wasn’t serving. The fish specifically the abi tuna tar tar tasted like it had been dead for weeks. The music was so loud I couldn’t hear myself think. The steak tasted like metal and the mash potato’s came from a po... read more
