I was dreading the house buying process based on a previous experience. Chris and the team made this experience so much easier and surpassed all expectations I had. They were on top of everything and made sure we were informed at every step. Chris was also complimented by the other parties involved in the sale with how timely and easy he made the process. I don’t plan on buying another house soon, but I do know I will be contacting Chris again when I do.

Chris made the whole thing pretty simple and did a great job explaining how things would be. I had used American financing before and didn't have the same experience, actually wasn't a good one, so I would recommend Chris and would use his services if I need to again.
