This is now the third experience I've had working with Chris Hauber but my first with Zenith Home Loans. I was always pleased with how well he communicates, his punctuality, and honesty. The group over at Zenith improved the process with the tech they use which makes the process simple and transparent. Michelle did a great job clarifying any confusion I had in a very timely manner. Overall, no complaints and very pleased with the refinance.
Casey and his did a great job on our refi. He was always available to answer questions and took the time explain the structure of our new mortgage. He and the team at Zenith made the process easy!
Chris and his staff were knowledgeable and quick to respond, we had a short timeline and a lot of moving parts moving from out of state. Not only did Chris act as a pseudo financial advisor, but did a great job breaking down cost for us in a way that made budgeting for closing straight forward. As a first time home buyer I don't think we could have found a better loan origination team.
The communication with the team was great, uploading the documents to the portal was easy. Casey provided updated numbers when things got closer and I appreciated seeing the comparison to my current mortgage.
