Chris is knowledgeable, and is always happy to explain any questions I have about rates and interest. He is just a really good person to work with when it comes to a refinance or mortgage. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Chris and it went just like the all the other. Perfectly, no hidden costs. He is great because he never pressures you. I took a month or more, after we first talked, before i decided to do my refinance and he never rushed me while I thought about it.
Chris was very easy to work with. He was very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The tool he used to compare different loan options was a huge help in deciding which option to go with. Both the loan process and closing went very smoothly!
Chris and everyone working with hm we’re efficient, prompt and helpful. We had to change closing dates a number of times which required changes and updates and they were alway quick to make changes. A great job from everyone.
