Zenith were so quick to accommodate our constantly changing outlook, it was like we were their only client. We ended up putting in 6 offers, some were refused, some deals fell apart at inspection, but every time Zenith were ready and waiting with the paperwork. When we finally were able to lock in a deal, Chris and his team met a seemingly impossible 2 week closing. This among the chaos of interest rates changing, which Chris patiently explained to my wife and I at every step of the way.
From the beginning Chris was sure that he was able to help me in refi my house. Then when the hardest part came, he gave me 2 options and suggested what he thought FHA was the best one for me this time. I chose it per what he said. And yes, I got my refi loan approved and I am debt free now. Thanks Chris, you are great, and I will find you again for my next Loan deals.
