During the offer period, the selling agent refused our lender. We had three hours to find and get approved by a new one or we would lose the house. Our real estate agent recommended Chris and we couldn't have been happier. He got us approved in no time and was helpful and thoughtful throughout the process. We were in a jam and needed to close early and Chris came through again. We closed 7 days early! This was great after hearing all of the horror stories about closing on a home in this market\n\n
