Chris listened, understood our needs and made the whole process smooth and easy. We closed in less than 30 days....found our home just after Thanksgiving and closed just after Christmas, which we thought was amazing, given the holidays that we had to work around, and the fact that we were located 600 miles away during the closing process. Major kudos to Chris and everyone at Hallmark.
Everyone was really informative and broke information down in ways we could understand. Any information we wanted to know was relayed back to us very promptly as well. The whole team was very professional and easy to work with!

Chris was able to take a very stressful and difficult situation that we were experiencing with our previous lender and turn it into a smooth and simple transaction. We closed a month sooner than our previous lender was going to be able to.
