Chris was responsive and always there to help. This process can be very confusing but he was never more than a call away to help explain things. We had a lot of decisions to make and constantly asked for changes to the loan to see different options and he never hesitated to help and to do it quickly. Our closing costs were so reasonable and I would definitely recommend Chris to friends and family.
Casey and his right-hand person, Jenna, were absolutely fantastic. Casey always made himself available for all my questions and always had a "can-do" and "think outside of the box" mentality towards any obstacle that presented itself. Chris and his team are very upfront and transparent with their clients, so they understand what the financing will look like even before they are under contract. They have been a pleasure to work with. He and his team are great at communicating throughout the whole process and focus on getting the deal done.
Chris was incredible throughout this process. The market is absolutely crazy right now and the fact that Chris was there to answer all of our questions and reach out on our behalf for the total of 8 offers that we made is amazing. The interest rate we received could not be beat and he helped us make our offer more competitive by getting an Appraisal Waiver as well. This was our second time working with Chris and don't see any reason to look elsewhere in the future!!
Chris was extremely responsive and flexible. While the fees were slightly higher than another group we were thinking about working with Chris made up for that with his professional and very timely responses. I know I did not have an inquiry that went more than 12hrs unanswered.
