Ryan was great to work with, especially as a first time home buyer. He was readily available to answer all my questions and walked me slowly through the process.
Chris did a great job in communicating and getting back to us with lending numbers. We wouldn't have gotten our house without his quick thinking and finding a solution to cover the appraisal gap. At closing the title official said our rate was the lowest she'd seen. High marks across the board.
Despite a busy schedule Chris was always quick to get back to us with any questions. He really came through by finding a last minute solution for us on a Saturday morning that allowed us to get in our bid and purchase our home. He knows what he's doing, is quick at navigating the situation, and great at communicating.

Chris provided up to date information and was available to reply to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I think the most powerful piece is being pre-qualified for a home purchase. This allowed me to have the winning bid for my home purchase. Also, Chris works with five star agents and I was fortunate enough to work with Jacci Geiger, Broker Associate.
