Chris was extremely personable and knowledgeable in helping us navigate our way successfully through the entire refinancing process. We were a bit taken aback by the huge amount of documentation the underwriting lender(s) required; and our unfamiliarity with online filing procedures (new, to us, since the last time we financed a home) seemed complicated for us. But Chris was always available to help us when necessary, and he did so with remarkable patience and good humor. He was great!
