Chris & his team made it easy to complete our Refi on our home. There was clear, constant communication at all times. If we were "sluggish" on any documents we might have needed to provide for this process, there were automatically generated emails that would be sent every so often (not too much to annoy you, but just the right frequency) to remind us we needed to turn certain items in. Chris & his team were easily reachable for any questions my wife and I might have had as well.
We really liked how committed Chris and his team were. They were there for us at every step, answering every question, and doing it all with great dedication.
It was very easy and everyone was nice to work with.
In this hot market, it was nice to have a steady flow of information available to us. When looking at homes, it was nice to quickly ask how the Finacial break down would look like and have that information at our fingertips to help us make a sound decision.
