Nick from Zerorez is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable in his field. He always does a fantastic job and always takes the time to answer my many questions and offers suggestions when asked. The process with Zerorez is pretty smooth and they are easy to work with. Zero rez arrived on schedule and he was very informative on everything and even pointed out spots where our carpet is wearing too much and so we are going to present this information under our warranty on the carpet as it’s only been in for a little over a year. He was friendly and professional and he did an outstanding job.

Zerorez did a terrific job on our three year old carpet. After two years of remodeling projects, the carpet really needed cleaning. I've called Zerorez previously and would not hesitate to call them again !
