RecommendedProfessional and nice Employee to talk through my carpet challenges before service. We discussed the pricing before the service began with proper measurements. Loved the end result. We will continue using them and will always tell friends to use them. Fast but thorough.
Mike from Zerorez cleaned my carpet today. I can’t believe the difference. It’s as if I got brand new carpet. There were soda stains, pet stains, and lots and lots of dirt, lol, and everything came out. I am totally impressed and will definitely call on them again.
Fast and efficient service
While I normally would recommend, this time I’m not so sure. Maybe it was the technician? He was super nice, but I think he maybe didn’t try as hard. The first 2 cleanings I had with them were phenomenal. They got so many stains/dirt spots out. I had a cleaning today and overall improvement, but after the man left I moved my loveseat back and noticed a large area that looks like it hadn’t been cleaned. Nick was wonderful! On time, professional and thorough! Great listener! Carpets clean and sparkly! There is never residue left behind or that "crunchy" feeling after drying. Highly recommend
