Terry did a great job of explaining what he might have trouble with stain wise. I was amazed at how well the carpet turned out. Well worth the money. I will have him back to get our lower level and bedrooms and the whole house will be clean. The dry time was fantastic. I thought to myself this is going to take days to dry in this weather. But it was dry in a matter of hours.

I used Zerorez today for the first time - and Matthew did an excellent job. From now on I will only use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning service. I am really happy with the results.

Fabulous! They really helped me out with an "emergency" and got me on the schedule, Owen showed up right on time, we walked through and he explained exactly what he was going to do and the cost and got right to work. They take such good care of the house as they bring in their equipment and he got it done right away, told me how to care for it and it looks GREAT! Highly recommend!

Had my full basement, bedroom traffic areas and my kitchen floor cleaned. Turned out wonderful! The carpets were like new again and are 22 years old. Very fresh and have their shine and plushness back! Thank you! Great job!
