RecommendedJust had Joe from Zerorez clean our upstairs and downstairs carpet. This is not a solicited review. I kid you not. Our berber carpet in the lower level was possibly going to be replaced due to the condition. Joe did such a great job, it looks almost new. Zerorez has just proven that they back up their claims. Excellent! Very professional and friendly. Explained everything prior to starting. My carpets look great--got out a 6 year old stain that I thought was a lost cause! Very happy with the results. Just wish it were a little less costly....
