I had 3 bedrooms cleaned and a staircase. After seeing the stains in my teen’s room I thought the carpet may need to be replaced. But our technician said he would try a treatment on it got them all out! All of our carpets look brand new, very pleased with the work completed! The only negative part of the experience was that the technician arrived 2 hours after the promised window of time. That said, they did credit our invoice $20 for the inconvenience.
Great job. Very friendly and professional technician. He answered all my questions and even went over the tile twice. He put up corners for to protect the woodwork. He even put up a temporary door. He got most of the stains, the rest I went over. I would use them again. Very nice and professional.

Our cleaning window was between noon and 3 pm. Nick called and left a message letting us know he was 10 minutes out, and was even early! He was super polite and understanding during the consult and walkthrough, making me feel much better about how hoarder-ish our house looked after moving everything off the carpet. Nick gave us an upfront estimate, was quick, efficient, and did an amazing job! He even disinfected our whole upper level instead of just one room, and got dried homemade slime out of the carpet!?
