It was easy to schedule my carpet cleaning appointment. The Zerorez associate who cleaned my carpets was personable, efficient, highly experienced, and punctual. He kept me informed on any concerns he had about the state of my carpets, information on future carpet care I may wish to have done, and he kept me updated on timeline when he would be finished. I am extremely pleased with how great my carpets look, I would use Zerorez again, and I highly recommend them.
