I highly recommend Zerorez of Minnesota. Our tech was professional, courteous, prompt (early, actually), and thorough. He chatted with us and gave us good instructions, while advising how best to keep the carpets clean while they dry. Our tech, Michael, worked around our heavy furniture while getting as much as possible cleaned to our satisfaction.
