A friend had her carpet cleaned by this company, by a technician named Dustin. She told me he did an excellent job so I had Dustin come out to my house and clean my carpet. Dustin was on time, very friendly, very knowledgeable, explained everything that he was doing, and what his recommendations were as I have a daughter with severe respiratory issues. I love Zerorez. This is the second house we have had them come out and install carpet and it is amazing. Nate is so nice and helped us get our carpets in as soon as possible for a price that was affordable. I’m always happy to recommend him to someone looking. Also Brian was awesome with the carpet install and working through whatever issues arose with the house. Truly an amazing company that has their customers best interest at heart.
