The gentleman that came to our house was so pleasant I enjoyed his energy! He explained what he was going to do & he got all the stains out. I am very very happy. He called me to let me know when he would arrive & he did. He seemed to know how to treat the carpet. I would highly recommend people to use Zerorez!!
