Zirrus just installed fiber in Statesville off New Salem Road. They didn’t tell me they would be putting a junction box on my property, which I would have been okay with, except this splice box is like 3’ tall and looks like terrible. I’ll pay extra and stick with AT&T.
My wife and I moved from our previous cell carrier to Zirrus today, we had immediate service at the Yadkinville location. They transferred our lines quickly and were extremely knowledgeable. We're also saving a ton of money on our cellular plan, almost $120/mo compared to before.
Danielle was great she help set up my new iPhone and worked get my # ported . The company needs phone cases with belt clips I spent all this money and still have to order a case with a belt clip ?? The company needs to be a 1 stop shop somebody else is going to make the money off of the case . Danielle was super will do business with her again
Staff at this location Ms. Sam and Mr. Saber , work extremely well as a team. This pair could most certainly train other staff in be personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I would consider them team leaders and product specialists. I honestly believe they should be sent to do seminars at your other locations how best to handle situations and I would go as far to say they would be assets on any team. Dylan spent many hours working to get our numbers transferred and our new phones set up. He handled all the updates & getting info from our previous carrier. He was so patient & friendly too. Everyone else working in the store was also very friendly and helpful.
Zirrus team was great! They helped get everything moved over smoothly from our prior carrier. Top notch service all around
