Good customer support This was a replacement for the same product we had been using. Works well and had contacted Baracuda before making recent purchase. Company advised they had not modified it as worked successfully for many years. Good customer support.

Love Baracuda So far so good. I've had a Baracuda before and it lasted about 12 years before it gave up. I anticipate the same performance. Better than the Kreepy Krawly that lasted less than a year and cost $100.00 more.

Happy customer! Easy to install and use, the vacuum actually cleans the pool with a random pattern as advertised. Previous vacuums clean the same areas repeatedly, and also get stuck in the rounded corners of my pool, which this unit does not.

Five Stars Easy to install. Cleans up the sides of the pool. Pool looks super clean. Would definitely recommend this product!
