A great pool sweep! Replacing our 5y/o Zodiac. They look the same. This one moves better as the treads on the older one were pretty smooth. The top of the new Zodiac stays closed as the snap shut feature is secure. Welcome to our pool!

Cleaner works, but proprietary hose makes it not worth it. We got this Zodiac MX6 pool cleaner a little more than a year ago. It works and it was a reasonable price, compared to the alternatives. One thing that has proved to be somewhat challenging is getting the water flow just right so it climbs the pool walls all the way to the waterline. However, what made us regret the decision to buy it is that the Zodiac hose is proprietary, at $22 each segment, and - one by one - they collapsed after just one year. Great purchase I bought a house with a pool and didn’t have a clue how to care for it. It has been a big learning process but buying the Zodiak was a great decision. It was easy to set up and I use it daily.

Does the job! This is the second MX6 I've purchased. The first lasted about 6 years. My pool is in ground and I live in Florida so the unit is working 365. The cleaner works very well, parts are easy to find and purchase.
