Great so far Very easy to install. Doing a great job. So far, it’s a great value. We have a fiberglass pool with smooth walls, so it has a hard time climbing sometimes, but the walls don’t get too dirty anyways.

No need for a pool boy My husband and I never had a pool in our yard so this is our first time. He was so anxious and overwhelmed as he learned about all the stuff he'll have to do to take care of the pool and we bought Benard (it's the name we gave this pool cleaner). Benard is awesome! He quietly goes around the bottom of the pool cleaning all the leaves and the stain. He is also able to climb up the wall in the pool, too! We love him and totally recommended this product. As you figure out the chemicals, keep in mind that you should remove Benard from the pool before chemical or shock treatments. Works great and no problems Has worked like a charm. Very little maintenance, climbs the walls better than any pool vacuum I've ever had. Twice in 43 months have had to clear obstructions from base, but easy to do and no further issues. Wish I had bought it sooner.

Great value for the price Very pleased with the purchase. Have had other, similar products which were a lot more expensive. This works almost as well as the more expensive ones but is a fraction of the price. I regret not buying this sooner

So far so good. I am glad i got the smaller one, saved a few $$ this is a replacement for the MX8 and i am glad i did. dont get me wrong the mx8 is nice but the gears would wear out way too fast. This one works great and does a better job it the corners, we will see how durable over the AZ summer.
Great Price This pool vac is awesome - it climbs the walls and goes along the top tile line. Biggest problem is sometimes get stuck on the stair corner, but a quick nudge steers it in another direction. The whole key to the success of this vacuum is the suction. You have to adjust your valves coming in to the filter with the right amount of suction because it will not move if you don't have enough suction by leaving all the valves open. start closing down the main drain, etc until the vac starts moving and it will run around... read more

"Back saver" is what I call it This vacuum works really well! But take my advice...don't sit there and watch it, or you'll want to return it. Hook it up and just set it free, it'll do it's thing, while you do yours. Great purchase!!
