Five Stars Works very well!
Gets stuck in my ladders I love the vacuum but it constantly gets stuck in our ladders or at our steps! Very frustrating because when it does, it stops and I’m afraid it will burn up! Does a great job on the areas it vacuums! It climbs the walls very well. Very reasonable compare to all the ones I’ve researched too!!

Here's a tip to help keep the cleaner from getting stuck on your ladder: install the G21 ladder guard on your pool ladder to prevent the cleaner from getting stuck.
