Got sent a bill for a $400 urine culture. They sent the sample to an out of network provider, without my knowledge or consent, and then refused to cover the cost for THEIR error. Shameful.
THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE A CHILD!!! AFTER WAITING THREE HOURS TO BE SEEN MY CHILD IS TOLD SHE LOOKS FINE(which she wasn’t, even the MA noticed) AND TO LET HER COLD TAKE ITS COURSE! I SEE WHY THEY HAVE A 2.4 ON GOOGLE! P L E A S E TAKE YOUR CHILD ELSEWHERE!!
