The nurse was acting so aggravated bc my child who has a severe gag reflex and asked for water to chase his ibuprofen with. He had the flu he was burning up with fever and miserable. Then the arrogant , rude, prick dr was even worse almost teasing my poor super sick child. Making fun of him for crying bc he had the flu then lied and said he didn’t have it then told him the truth that he did have it to make him cry again so he could prove to him that tears can come out of your nose. This is by far the worse pediatric in Thomaston. You sit in there for 2 hours with a sick child waiting to see the doctor then when the doctor comes in tells you they're going to call in the child's medicine they forget. This has happened to me 4 times now. If you're thinking about using them as your child's Pediatric think again. Coker or Kathy Davis will from now on be seeing us.
Doctor Kong only saw my child as numbers on a chart, she was rude and very unprofessional. Just because my child is small I was told to put sugar in her bottle! Kong is the last person I would ever trust a child with.
I take six of my grandkids there today was the worst visit my grandson had an app at 215 we got there at 130 and didn't leave till 330 the doc that was on call today was so slow
I use to sing praises about Zoe Peds until Dr Kong lied to me TWICE then refused to see my girls anymore. The ONLY Doctor that is good (and I would LOVE to see her still, if allowed) is Dr Virgil!! She was great with my girls!! Now- 6 weeks AFTER requesting my girls medical records I still have not recieved them. I have made multiple calls to both the Columbus and Thomaston offices and do not recive calls back. This office is a joke!!!
Doctors are uneducated and preform unnecessary tests. My child is two and they went waaaay overboard with invasive tests. Do not recommend this place!!
