Zoe kept us up to date almost daily. She told us what to expect and when to expect it. We closed on day she said our loan would close. She even had videos that explained the process.

We absolutely loved working with Zoe and the team! They were so helpful, kind, and they sure know their stuff! They were also really great about helping me to remember submit my documents in a timely manner. We are full time working parents with 3 little ones and we needed help the whole way through. Zoe and her team were recommended to us after I mentioned to a friend that I was seeking a different lender. I said that i needed someone who was going to keep me informed and walk me through the process. The difference was exponential! At no point did I ever feel like I was left in the dark.
