However we wounlt have felt confident and knowledgeable about each step of the process, from pre-approval and what we could afford, to the last steps of underwriting approval, if she hadn’t prepared us from the beginning to know what we needed, especially at each step of the way. She did this by constantly keeping us in the loop, and communicating with us when we needed to talk. Once again she was great!
