I could not ask for a more efficient and friendly experience. Zoe Raithdel was amazing and I highly recommend her. I refinance during the global pandemic and she made screencast videos walking us through what she saw on her screen with all of the numbers. If I called her she answered directly and I did not have to leave messages.

From the first moment everything was taken care of on time, if not a little ahead of schedule. Questions I had, even the most random and what I thought were the scariest questions Zoe's team answered. They also asked the underwriting team just to make sure.
