My Tens unit is very helpful. Because it’s difficult for me to hook it up on myself for areas I need it (my neck and shoulder area). Since I am retired and at home most of the time and my spouse is not readily available. While I am having a problem with my insurance covering, it is definitely worth the effort. I am grateful that my physical therapist recommended this .

The service I receive at Ponchatoula Therapy bring such a relief after the intense workout.. The Hot/cold therapy is great. Especially, on my lower back, left knee, and shoulder area. I never knew stimulation of the vibrating shock will create a relaxing feeling. It will be good to have a full body pad you can lay on, like a massage bed or chair. Something that is needed at home.
