I needed a refill on my machine electrodes and I asked for four. I was told that I would have to pay if the insurance did not cover. Of course I only ordered one because I am financially strapped right now what would’ve been nice is if they could’ve called the insurance to see if they would cover the complete for. So, instead, I had to order one and if the insurance covered that I would again have to order the Remaining three. Now that’s at least 2 to 3 weeks on one electrode.
