Very easy to do, filling out the form and submitting the necessary documents. The customer service very polite, very informative and helped me every step. Top notch service and products. Delivery is quick and they even called to make sure I did receive my tens device.

I appreciate the representative explaining the delivery of the unit and easing my mind once I receive it. It has helped me with my pain level for right knee/leg, right shoulder/arm to sleep at night a little better

Your company went way beyond. They were very patient when I asked questions. Even followed up with information in a email since I was struggling to remember due to cognitive issues. Both people I talked to had some of the best customer service that I’ve ever had.
