Excellent explanation about the device. Also very professional young man that talked to me. Did not try to push me into getting the device. He also let me know that people in the department also used the device and loved it He explained how the insurance would possibly able to help me pay for it. And if not how much it would cost me and they had a payment plan if I could not pay all at once.i really like how he was so kind to me.

Representative was professional and explained the issue and I believe it was resolved but will be waiting to see if it was resolved fully. Representative did require checking with another department to obtain information.
