The representative called me to confirm everything on the order was correct. Very polite and knowledgeable. It was sent out the same day and I received the next business day (Friday shipment, Monday received). This was very surprising since from the time it was mentioned to me in the Bench Mark clinic Friday morning to the time it was received! Terrific customer service all around!

The young man that helped us was very very polite and very courteous and knowledgeable. Was going to have to sign paper work paper work as of today 3-8-21 still has not arrived this is holding up his tens unit which he desperately needs hopfully getting some relief if this severe pain The young man that assisted us needs to be commended for his outstanding customer service
